The map reads the dirt estate through its climate. The atlas reads the cloud estate through the same five questions: who holds title, what occupies each lot, how access works, what each building yields, and what the House refuses to sell. Everything here is a public-safe projection of the canonical Cloudflare ledger.

Method

Occupancy
What runs there. Pages projects and Workers with the hosts they answer on, as the ledger observed them.
Access
Who can reach it and how. Public here means a governed public endpoint; gated buildings show only their names.
Yield
What it produces. The street table is the yield the ledger holds each door to: a status, a redirect, a set of security headers.
Refuse to sell
Ids, account identifiers, private hosts, resource names and anything that could be a key are dropped by construction. The atlas is a projection, never the ledger.
Dual estate
The map reads dirt through climate; the atlas reads cloud through the ledger. Same questions, separate deeds. They are never one building.
